The secret is in the construction. The first dress has the second dress contained within it. The inside of the cape creates the back of the skirt and bustle of the pink dress. The Cinderella dress has basically a ‘zip line’ that keeps the top in place (you can see her pull it up and fling it away), and when she pull it the top and her hood fall off and the green flounces open up to make the skirt of the fancy dress. If you watch the bottom of the skirt, you can see her red shirt and the kerchief she was wearing on the left side of the skirt. Same with the fairy godmother’s dress; you can see the the outer dress falling on her right.
Yeah, I can kind of figure it out, but I kept the previous poster’s commentary because it bugs me when people delete other people’s comments.
I don’t think I could actually MAKE one, because I’m fuzzy on the details, but I can see the basic concept of how they work. It’s still pretty freaking awesome.
